A European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (RLL) is made available by the European Commission to make online commerce safer and more equitable through access to high quality dispute resolution.
All retailers and traders in the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway are required to provide an easy electronic link accessible to the RLL platform and an email address for the RLL platform to contact them (Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 ).
